Job summary

Carenet Health seeks a Senior Director, HR Tech and Transfer to lead the enterprise HR technology strategy, data analytics, and process transformation. You will own the multi-year HR technology roadmap, drive HCM platform optimization, and oversee the broader HR tech ecosystem.

The role requires extensive leadership in HR technology, Workday experience preferred, and strong governance, analytics, and vendor-management capabilities to deliver measurable business impact. Onsite in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, business, analytics, technology, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Ten+ years in HR technology, HR transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise HCM implementations and optimization; Workday experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HR technology strategy, HCM architecture, data governance, integrations, and analytics.
• Experience leading multi-geography transformation initiatives with executive visibility.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR tech strategy, multi-year roadmap, and HCM platform optimization.
• Oversee governance, adoption, release management, and value realization for HR technology ecosystem.
• Define target HR systems architecture, integration strategy, security, and audit governance.
• Establish HR data strategy, governance, privacy, and data stewardship across the organization.
• Build HR scorecards, reporting catalogs, and workforce analytics to support decisions.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, budgets, and total cost of ownership.
