Job summary

Entegris seeks a Director of HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation to lead the HR Technology COE, shaping strategy and governance across Workday, payroll platforms, and analytics. You’ll drive AI-enabled HR excellence and partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable, data-driven HR solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and a track record of large-scale transformation across global HR ecosystems, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, or related enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a matrixed and global environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology operations strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success driving technology-enabled change in complex, global organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across HR, IT, Finance, and business functions to influence strategy and drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with Workday and connecting Workday to the broader tech landscape; Microsoft Co-Pilot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape Strategy & Influence at the Enterprise Level and act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and enterprise leaders.
• Represent HR Operations and HR technology perspectives in complex discussions across functions and geographies.
• Define governance models to elevate global HR data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Own resolution of enterprise-impacting issues across Workday, payroll, and downstream systems.
• Drive AI, analytics, and emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to test, implement, and scale new capabilities globally.
• Establish quality metrics, service benchmarks, and scalable processes for long-term growth and audit readiness.
