Upscale, Inc. is building the high-performance infrastructure powering AI workloads. We are assembling a world-class SerDes AMS layout team to enable next-generation data center connectivity.

As Senior Director of AMS Layout Engineering, you will lead the physical implementation of advanced high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes technologies. This strategic leadership role requires deep expertise in analog layout at advanced nodes, and a proven track record of building

Formación

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering advanced-node analog or mixed-signal designs at 5nm or below or equivalent technology.
• Strong understanding of layout techniques for high-speed SerDes and PHY circuits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AMS layout engineering for advanced high-speed SerDes PHYs across analog and mixed-signal blocks.
• Drive layout solutions at advanced nodes, addressing design rules, patterning, parasitics, matching, SI/PI, EM effects.
• Collaborate with circuit designers to optimize layout-sensitive performance (bandwidth, jitter, noise, power).
• Establish layout methodologies, design guidelines, verification flows, and quality standards.
