Job summary

DAS Technology Group seeks a Senior Manager/Director of Hardware Engineering to lead the hardware engineering organization. You will own architecture, design, validation and production readiness of high-speed board-level hardware, reference designs, evaluation platforms, and interconnect solutions for our IC devices.

You will build and mentor a multi-disciplinary team focused on high-speed PCB design, SI/PI, system bring-up, and characterization while collaborating with IC design, validation,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in hardware engineering with 3+ years in management.
• Deep expertise in high-speed PCB design, SerDes interfaces and SI/PI.
• Track record delivering hardware from concept to volume production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute hardware roadmap aligned with product strategy.
• Lead design of complex interconnect solutions and reference designs.
• Oversee high-speed PCB architecture, schematic capture, layout, SI/PI analysis.
• Drive board-level verification, bring-up, and characterization with lab equipment.
• Build and scale a multi-disciplinary hardware team; manage performance.
• Engage with IC design, validation, applications, product marketing and customers.
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, and risk for multiple programs.
• Champion design quality, EMI/EMC compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee external vendors for fabrication and assembly planning.
