Job summary

Sandisk is seeking an experienced Hardware Architect to lead architecture, design, and development of next‑generation high‑performance test and validation platforms. You will be the technical authority for hardware decisions across multiple programs from concept through production.

The role requires deep expertise in high‑speed digital design, signal integrity, power delivery, board‑level architecture, and system integration, collaborating with Firmware, FPGA, Mechanical, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years hardware design and development experience.
• 5+ years leading hardware architecture of complex electronic systems.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define system-level hardware architectures and requirements for tester platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews and design tradeoff analyses.
• Oversee hardware development from concept to manufacturing release.
• Provide oversight for high-speed, mixed-signal, power, and control systems.
