Job summary

U.S. Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Sr Director – Operations to lead hands-on operations for the platform. You will partner with clinical leaders and executives to ensure staffing, reporting, and financial strength while driving resource optimization and scheduling efficiencies.

The role requires strategic planning, change management, and collaboration with finance and MSO leadership to implement best practices in scheduling and resource planning across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience with data analytics, schedule forecasting, or workforce planning.
• Strong project management and change leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to manage teams and work with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and management to a growing physician practice management organization.
• Interacts and collaborates with clinical leadership of the platform.
• Oversees strategic planning and execution to surpass revenue, profitability, and operating goals.
• Responsible for internal and external workforce planning processes for the platform.
• Oversees development of timely, accurate reports on operating conditions.
• Oversees IT/systems related to operations, scheduling, and related processes.
• Leads growth strategies and processes to support platform objectives.
• Maintains infrastructure of operating systems and personnel for growth.
• Fosters a success‑oriented culture and builds positive work environment.
• Evaluates and expands practice management systems to meet workforce goals.
• Understands hospital/ASC anesthesia department operations and communicates with physicians.
