SCP Health is seeking a regional Anesthesia Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, align staffing with clinical needs, and partner with hospital leadership on growth initiatives. You will drive regional performance, collaborate with HR and Compliance, and support scheduling systems across facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in healthcare operations, a leadership track record, and expertise in anesthesia service line governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or related) preferred.
7+ years of healthcare operations or practice management experience.

Responsibilities

Provide regional oversight and performance management for Anesthesia Operations Managers across sites.
Lead regional staffing and on-call coverage strategies and compliance.
Collaborate with Medical Directors and CRNA/CAA leadership on coverage models.
Drive growth discussions with hospital leadership on new sites and resources.
Develop regional dashboards and report trends, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, and onboarding for consistent execution.
Lead recruitment and succession planning for the region.
Manage scheduling standards across sites with scheduling systems.
