Job summary

US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Supervisor – Scheduling to manage daily schedule processing and coordinate with hospital OR scheduling across campuses. You will maintain strong relationships with partner facilities and ensure timely communication for seamless operations.

The role requires 2–3 years scheduling in a hospital or surgery setting, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with MS Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of scheduling experience in a hospital/surgery center or high-volume practice.
• Experience with MS Excel and Word; familiarity with hospital OR workflows and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedule processing across campuses and off-site locations.
• Maintain anesthetist hours and daily peel-off; monitor and adjust start times as needed.
• Ensure schedules are entered into QGenda for all locations and confirm off-site sites are current.
• Prepare and distribute next-day schedules and weekly staffing overviews.
• Monitor future staffing needs and maintain cross-coverage data.
• Produce reports weekly, monthly, or quarterly as requested.
