Qualifications

7+ years healthcare management in a large system or $100M+ revenues.
7+ years budgeting and resource planning experience.
4+ years managing healthcare operation staff.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, billing, collections, banking/finance, and process management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to a large physician practice management organization.
Oversee strategic planning to drive revenue, profitability, and growth across operations.
Develop timely reports on operational performance and metrics.
Oversee clinical scheduling and staffing across divisions.
Lead implementation and expansion of new practice management systems.
Ensure compliance auditing and risk management in coordination with compliance teams.
Represent the organization with customers, shareholders, and partners.
