Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director Insights & Analytics to join the Corporate Strategy and Operations team.

This role partners with the Go-to-Market organization to translate global revenue data into actionable operational strategy and to establish the CoE as the authoritative GTM data hub. You will own global forecasting, standardization of GTM motions, and performance governance, plus root-cause analyses and data-driven action plans.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years in senior management.
• Experience scaling revenue operations in high-growth B2B SaaS/tech.
• Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and BI.

Responsibilities

• Establish the CoE as the Global Reporting Hub for revenue metrics.
• Oversee Global Forecasting methodology and governance across regions.
• Provide executive-level strategic intelligence on GTM health and opportunities.
• Drive data-backed action plans to improve performance.
• Enable Revenue Operations partners with validated insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue Technology to manage CRM/BI stack and evaluate new tools.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the Revenue Operations team.
