Job summary

Monotype is seeking a Principal - GTM Forecasting, Planning & Analytics to own the forecasting operating system for the global sales organization. You will establish cadence, methodology, and reporting to drive early, accurate, global and deal-level forecasts with HR and Finance partners.

The ideal candidate designs repeatable processes, translates ambiguity into structure, and influences senior leaders with data-backed insights. Hybrid work and strong compensation await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM planning or FP&A with forecasting ownership.
• Experience in SaaS/B2B tech with recurring revenue and quota planning.
• Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and drive accountability.
• Strong data, analytics, stakeholder influencing and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting OS for global sales, cadence and reporting.
• Own deal review cadence, ensure stage integrity, close date accuracy and risk.
• Produce forecast scenarios for new business, renewals and expansion.
• Model headcount/capacity planning with Sales, Finance and HR.
• Support annual/quarterly planning, quota modeling and territory inputs.
• Design weekly forecast calls, pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Build unified ARR roll-up, dashboards, KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Optimize Salesforce processes and data quality for forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and AI/automation in planning.
