Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director, GTM Operations to partner with regional sales leadership and translate strategy into disciplined field execution, improving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, seller productivity, and revenue performance.

You will own core rhythms like forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance reviews, coordinating Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Order Management to drive data integrity and scalable go-to-market programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, SaaS/Healthcare preferred.
• Experience partnering with Sales VPs, Managers, and Account Executives.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, pipeline and opportunity management, sales productivity.
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools, especially Salesforce and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to translate priorities into operating plans with clear metrics.
• Lead weekly forecast calls, forecast roll-ups, and pipeline reviews with timely submissions.
• Establish pipeline-review standards to improve quality, forecast accuracy, and productivity.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for field and executive stakeholders.
• Drive CRM adoption and data integrity across Salesforce, Power BI, and related tools.
