Job summary

Jack in the Box seeks a Sr. Director, Digital & Growth Marketing to lead strategy, development, and execution of performance-driven initiatives across 1P digital, loyalty, CRM, and third-party delivery, aligned with growth objectives.

You will oversee regional marketing, collaborate across Brand, Product, Insights, Finance, and Operations, manage budgets, and drive customer lifetime value through data-informed campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with growth marketing, digital marketing, loyalty, CRM, and performance-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes growth marketing strategies across owned and third-party channels.
• Identifies opportunities to accelerate sales through segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty.
• Establishes objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance.
