Jack in the Box is seeking a senior leader to direct paid media and performance marketing across the customer journey from our corporate HQ. You will partner with Brand Marketing, Growth, Social, PR, and external agencies to deliver an integrated media approach that drives demand and measurable outcomes.

You will lead the Paid Media team, optimize investments, and ensure transparency in performance, while aligning media with creative and digital commerce initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or related field required.
• - MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• - 10+ years of progressive experience in media, performance marketing, digital marketing, media strategy, media investment, or related disciplines with leadership responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Leads development of annual and campaign-level paid media strategy across brand and performance marketing.
• - Translates objectives into integrated media and demand-generation plans.
• - Directs channel strategy across TV/CTV, streaming, audio, search, social, programmatic, display and more.
• - Manages media investment and portfolio across the Marketing calendar.
• - Partners with Analytics to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• - Oversees agency relationships and ensures strategic alignment with internal teams.
• - Drives optimization based on performance signals and business priorities.
• - Ensures alignment with creative, social, PR, and partnerships.
