Job summary

Jack in the Box seeks a seasoned design leader to steward the brand across all touchpoints, guiding the Jack Design Studio and external partners. The role shapes visual identity, design systems, and brand language while translating creative vision into compelling campaigns, menus, digital experiences, and in-restaurant materials.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations and agencies to drive consistency, craft, and speed to market, balancing high-volume production with strategic brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in a consumer brand or multi-location environment.
• Experience evolving visual identity systems and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Owns and stewards the visual identity across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Leads design development for menus, merchandising, signage and POP materials.
• Oversees digital brand design across web, app, CRM and paid media.
• Partners with agencies for integrated campaigns and art direction.
• Defines workflows and review standards with Marketing Operations.
• Balances high-volume production with strategic brand development.
