Job summary

EVERSANA MEDICAL is seeking a senior leader to partner with service leaders across Medical Affairs, PV, Quality and Regulatory. This role will define and drive a comprehensive operating rhythm, from pipeline governance to contract renewals, while integrating acquisitions and improving overall efficiency.

Travel up to 20% is expected as part of global delivery and client engagements. The position requires deep experience in life sciences services and a proven ability to scale commercial

Qualifications

• 15+ years in life sciences services, pharma or SaaS.
• 8+ years leading commercial operations, revenue ops or business ops.
• Strong command of Salesforce for pipeline, dashboards and data governance.
• Experience building and scaling processes, systems and metrics across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the President’s operating partner and service leaders’ first call for support.
• Deliver metrics, transparency and operating rhythm across the business.
• Own contract lifecycle management, renewals and pricing discipline at scale.
• Direct operations with prioritized initiatives, standardize end-to-end processes.
• Lead mergers and acquisitions integration planning and execution.
