Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an Associate Director, Medical who translates clinical data into strategic insights and recommendations. You will own multiple assignments, distill literature, and guide educational content while maintaining high quality deliverables.

The role requires independent scientific writing, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support client medical/regulatory processes and provide leadership on disease state understanding and competition.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical sciences required.
• 2+ years agency experience in medical education or medical communications and/or HCP marketing.
• Strategic thinker with ability to tell a scientific story to differentiate client products.
• Two years minimum medical writing experience required.
• Experience creating branded or unbranded peer-to-peer educational content.
• Familiarity with FDA marketing regulations, AMA editorial style and digital.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input to guide creation of clinically relevant educational content.
• Independent scientific content development including analysis of clinical data.
• Conduct literature searches and monitor competitive landscape.
• Establish strong client relationships and contribute in client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create peer-to-peer educational content for HCPs.
• Educate team members on disease state, clinical trials and competition.
• Support submissions for client medical/regulatory approvals.
