Qualifications

• 15+ years in life sciences services, pharma or SaaS, with 8+ years leading commercial operations.
• Hands-on command of Salesforce as a revenue system and pipeline design.
• Experience building and scaling contract, pricing and renewal processes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with service leaders to document challenges and create a prioritized support plan.
• Run monthly operating reviews with service leaders on key metrics and blockers.
• Lead commercial operations, contracts and business operations teams and enable growth.
• Define governance for quotes, contracts, renewals and bid processes.
