Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an Executive Director, Global Medical Affairs to shape strategy and drive operations for a growing portfolio of therapies. You will lead a high-impact team, influence across functions, and manage the P&L for Medical Affairs services.

The role requires 8–12+ years in pharma/biotech, a PharmD/MD/PhD, and a strong digital mindset to deliver scalable Medical Affairs solutions and client impact.

Qualifications

• PharmD, MD or PhD required.
• 8–12+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience across Medical Strategy, Medical Communications, Medical Information, and Medical Affairs Operations.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Proven leadership in matrix environments and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Medical Affairs strategy and operations.
• Own the Medical Affairs P&L and strategic development.
• Manage and develop the Global Medical Affairs team.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across EVERSANA units.
