Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own and scale the GPU and data center infrastructure powering our neocloud platform. You will drive fleet reliability, automation, and security across a growing fleet, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver high availability.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in infrastructure, data center operations, or fleet management.
• 6+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day fleet operations and greenfield deployments across co-location and owned facilities.
• Lead firmware lifecycle management across multiple SKUs and OEMs/ODMs.
• Consolidate hardware automation pipelines into a single validation platform.
• Own power, cooling, networking, and physical security in data centers.
• Lead hardware security and attestation strategy (TPM, secure boot, remote attestation).
• Define operational KPIs and incident runbooks; implement on-call model.
• Manage GPU hardware procurement and CapEx budgets with Finance/Supply Chain.
• Build and retain a high-performing team of engineers and platform/automation specialists.
