Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for Infrastructure to shape the technical direction of its AI-first cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with product, hardware, and infrastructure teams to drive scalable, low-latency platforms for GPU clusters and HPC workloads.

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and own cross-stack initiatives spanning kernel, virtualization, storage, and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• 10+ years building and operating large-scale infra systems in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term direction for compute, storage, and networking.
• Collaborate on architecture reviews, design docs, and code reviews for infrastructure components.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across compute, storage and network boundaries.
