Job summary

Envision Pharma Group is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Government Pricing to partner with U.S. pharma manufacturers, navigating complex pricing and compliance landscapes. You will shape strategies, advise on programmes, and deliver compliant, optimized pricing solutions.

You will work closely with clients and colleagues to solve challenging pricing problems, provide insights, and foster growth. This role requires deep regulatory knowledge and leadership in advisory engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or related field with 8+ years in Government Pricing, compliance, or life sciences consulting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Government Pricing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with AMP, BP, ASP, NFAMP, URA, 340B pricing and related reporting.
• Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL/Excel to support pricing calculations and insights.
• Understanding of life sciences contracts with wholesalers, MCOs, and GPOs.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable client recommendations.
• Strong PM and organizational skills; capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to manage and operationalise U.S. Government Pricing requirements.
• Assess financial impact of pricing changes and lead restatements with clear recommendations.
• Analyse large datasets to generate insights and client-ready analytics.
• Prepare analyses and presentations translating findings into business implications.
• Support design and implementation of scalable pricing processes and tools.
• Contribute to system implementation and translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business growth through proposals.
• Maintain current knowledge of Government Pricing regulations and compliance.
