Job summary

Quindar, a space ops software company based in Washington, seeks a Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to own company-wide growth and revenue outcomes, with primary focus on DoD/IC adoption. This senior executive will open doors, lead capture, and build scalable GTM systems for government and commercial relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in aerospace/defense GTM with DoD relationships, and the ability to drive complex, long-cycle deals while partnering with Sales, Product,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GTM, BD, partnerships, or growth leadership in aerospace, defense, or national security space.
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Existing credibility and relationships across DoD/IC space stakeholders and defense primes

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and revenue outcomes across government and strategic commercial markets.
• Build predictable pipeline generation for long-cycle government and enterprise deals.
• Drive expansion, renewals, and program pull-through into lasting customer relationships.
• Lead complex deal strategy, pricing, packaging, and contracting across FAR/OTA/subcontracting pathways.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to win technically complex mission-critical deals.
