Job summary

Xpertise Recruitment is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology in Atlanta, GA or San Mateo, CA. This hybrid role requires Tue-Thu onsite and leads strategy across WMS, fulfilment and global shipping for a global retailer.

You will build a focused team of Product Managers, shape a multi-site roadmap, and partner with Operations, Finance and Engineering to drive ROI, efficiency and peak-period readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management for WMS or supply-chain platforms.
• Enterprise warehouse management expertise for eCommerce/wholesale.
• Experience leading multi-site technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own the WMS product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Develop shipping capabilities, including TMS and label delivery.
• Integrate warehouse execution systems and robotics.
• Support new deployments and peak-period capacity.
• Lead Product Managers across warehousing, fulfilment and shipping.
• Translate business needs into epics and backlogs with engineering.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on ROI.
• Measure improvements in fulfilment and customer experience.
