Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of product leadership experience.
• Experience with service/support tech and supply chain systems (WMS, inventory planning, ERP).
• Familiarity with forecasting and inventory optimization methodologies.
• Comfort with data-heavy decisions and KPI definition for outcomes.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partners with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities to meet business needs.
• Develops and executes strategic plans in support of key objectives in a timely, fiscally responsible manner.
• Drives strategic alignment between products for a seamless enterprise user experience.
• Implements robust processes and frameworks for product management and continuous improvement.
• Acts as a liaison for PM initiatives, updating senior leadership on progress and direction.
• Oversees product development by monitoring performance and guiding the team toward priorities.
• Attracts, retains, and mentors PM talent, conducting reviews.
