Xpertise Recruitment is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology in Atlanta, GA or San Mateo, CA. This hybrid role requires Tue-Thu onsite and leads strategy across WMS, fulfilment and global shipping for a global retailer.

You will build a focused team of Product Managers, shape a multi-site roadmap, and partner with Operations, Finance and Engineering to drive ROI, efficiency and peak-period readiness.

Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology
Atlanta, GA or San Mateo, CA, USA | Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday onsite
$204,000-$255,000 base salary + short-term and long-term incentives + benefits

We're hiring a Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology for a global omnichannel retailer. You'll lead product strategy across warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfilment and global shipping, with Manhattan Active or equivalent enterprise WMS expertise particularly relevant. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you'll develop a focused team of experienced Product Managers and shape a multi-site network transformation.

As Senior Director, Product Management - Supply Chain Technology, you'll turn that strategy into a prioritised roadmap, improving fulfilment performance, reducing manual processes and enabling the network to respond effectively to peak demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the WMS product strategy and multi-year roadmap across a global distribution network.
• Develop shipping capabilities covering carrier integrations, transportation management systems (TMS), rate shopping, labels and delivery tracking.
• Shape the integration of warehouse execution systems, controls and robotics.
• Support new warehouse deployments, upgrades to existing sites and flexible fulfilment capacity for peak periods.
• Lead and develop Product Managers across warehouse, fulfilment and shipping platforms.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, epics and prioritised backlogs, partnering with engineering on delivery.
• Work with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance on vendor selection, build-versus-buy decisions, return on investment and total cost of ownership.
• Measure improvements in fulfilment accuracy, throughput, shipping costs, system reliability and customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of WMS, fulfilment, distribution or supply-chain platforms.
• Deep enterprise warehouse management expertise supporting eCommerce and wholesale operations.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site technology transformations from strategy through delivery.
• Strong understanding of global shipping, carrier integrations, TMS and last-mile logistics.
• Experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across operations, engineering, finance and executive leadership.
• Ability to build business cases, prioritise investment and demonstrate measurable operational results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS.
• A background with a WMS or supply-chain software vendor, followed by product leadership within a retail or distribution business.
• Experience integrating warehouse automation and robotics.
• Experience with micro-fulfilment, cross-border shipping or using AI and data to improve logistics performance.
