This role serves as the subject matter authority bridging technology, automation, data, and operational design to boost throughput, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency. Working in close partnership with Operations, Technology, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, the Director delivers scalable, high-performance warehouse capabilities that support business growth and improve customer fulfillment..**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Owns the enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS) strategic roadmap, leading the prioritization, modernization, and configuration of system enhancements to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and inventory accuracy .* Designs future-state warehouse operational workflows—including receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping—to standardize processes across network facilities, new building startups, and expansions .* Leads cross-functional project teams and strategic initiatives across Distribution Center leadership, Engineering, Technology, and Finance to influence enterprise-wide supply chain priorities..* Evaluates emerging warehouse automation, robotics, and advanced software solutions to determine operational viability and align investments with overall WMS architecture.* Coordinates vendor negotiations with vendors.
