Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management — Supply Chain Technology to own the product strategy across fulfillment, distribution, WMS, and global shipping platforms. This leadership role reports to the VP of Product Management and guides a team of PMs in close partnership with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of WMS, fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain platforms.
• Experience leading multi-site technology transformation programs from strategy through delivery.
• Deep expertise in warehouse management systems at enterprise scale and global shipping.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision for Fanatics Commerce's Global Shipping platform and WMS.
• Lead backlog prioritization, epics, and measurable success criteria with engineering teams.
• Build and develop PMs across fulfillment, distribution, WMS, and shipping domains.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Executive leadership.
