Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Sr. Director of Utilities to own end-to-end strategy, sourcing, supplier relationships, contracting support, delivery visibility, and risk management for utility infrastructure powering hyperscale data centers.

The role covers high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment up to 765kV, requires cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Pre-Construction, Operations, and external EPCs/Utilities, and will operate in a hybrid Denver-based environment with up to 30%

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical systems or mission-critical construction.
• Expertise with medium/high-voltage equipment up to 765kV.
• Strong EPC/construction interconnection knowledge.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end utilities strategy, sourcing, and supplier relationships.
• Lead contracting support, delivery visibility, and risk management.
• Bridge technical market strategy with commercial negotiations.
• Mentor and mature a high-performing team across functions.
