STACK Infrastructure in Denver seeks a Sr. Director of Utilities to own the end-to-end strategy for critical power equipment from medium to 765kV.

You will manage sourcing, supplier relationships, contracting support, delivery visibility, and risk management, partnering with Engineering, Pre-Construction, Operations, and EPCs. This role requires 15+ years in electrical systems or mission-critical construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to navigate complex markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical systems, utility infrastructure, or mission-critical construction.
• Expertise in medium/high-voltage equipment up to 765kV.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement strategy and supplier relationships.
• Drive contracting support and risk management for critical power equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and external partners to ensure delivery.
• Mentor and mature a team as STACK scales.
