Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Director of Utilities to own end-to-end strategy for utility infrastructure and critical power equipment required to support our hyperscale data center growth. You will lead sourcing, supplier relationships, contracting support, delivery visibility and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in electrical systems, utility infrastructure, or mission-critical construction.
• Expertise in medium- and high-voltage equipment up to 765kV.
• Commercial market savvy with the ability to build scalable procurement strategies.
• EPC/construction fluency with understanding of interconnection and on-site integration.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market strategy for high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment.
• Manage end-to-end procurement and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Pre-Construction, Operations, and external EPCs/Utilities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and define technical requirements for contracts.
• Mentor and build a high-performing supply chain team.
