Job summary

You will oversee multiple technical areas and collaborate across divisions to keep the firm at the forefront of technology trends.

You will manage SAP Configuration, Software Engineers, and Production Support teams, guiding initiatives from strategy to production.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage complex challenges.
• Experience developing or leading large cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and deliver value at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP General Ledger teams and drive technology strategy across departments.
• Direct SAP Configuration, Software Engineers, and Production Support teams with high-level leadership.
• Oversee SAP General Ledger on S/4HANA and ensure robust production support.
• Implement SAP solutions for financial services, delivering value at scale.
• Drive SAP on the Cloud initiatives using SAP Rise and cloud-native practices.
• Leverage SAP BTP to enable advanced business technology solutions.
• Champion SAP AI capabilities and integration of innovative technologies.
• Interface with senior leaders and executives to drive consensus on complex projects.
• Manage relationships with SAP vendor and influence peer leaders across business, product, and tech groups.
