• Experience in the Financial Services or Asset Management industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Stakeholder management in managing scope, delivery and operations of a platform.
• Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Experience leading a product as a Technical Owner.
• Practical cloud native experience with full stack development technologies including Java, Springboot, Microservices, REST APIs, React, TypeScript, HTML.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Makes decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
