JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering within Corporate Technology – HR & Benefits Technology to lead multiple technical areas and drive cross-functional programs across Global Benefits, Mobility, Travel, and Expatriate Payroll & Tax.

You will oversee a 125+ global vendor ecosystem, migrate pension systems to cloud-native platforms, and ensure end-to-end payroll data integration with touchless payroll across jurisdictions.

Competenze

• Formal software engineering training with 10+ years in the field.
• 5+ years leading technologists in large, regulated environments.
• Hands-on delivery across benefits/payroll/mac domains.
• Experience migrating legacy platforms to cloud and data integrity focus.
• Security and compliance by design in pipelines and deployments.

Mansioni

• Own technology strategy for Global Benefits, Mobility, Travel, and Expat payroll landscape.
• Drive migration of pension systems to modern cloud-native tech with strong controls.
• Deliver end-to-end integration and automation of benefits data with payroll across currencies.
• Lead Global Mobility tech and expatriate payroll partnerships to roadmaps.
• Set engineering standards for full-stack, cloud-native design, IaC/PoC pipelines.
