Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Sr Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead a matrixed COE team driving the 5-step S&OP across the Process Technology (PT) business unit. The role reports to the VP Supply Chain – PT and supports a Hybrid 3/2 work schedule across Charlotte, Houston, and Rosemont locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead 5-step S&OP processes for a business.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Strong financial acumen and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience leading global teams and driving change across multiple value streams.
• Willingness to learn acquisitions and how legacy UOP fits into the COE model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a matrixed team of COE professionals with expertise across value streams.
• Collaborate with senior executives to define and execute project strategies.
• Shape planning, execution, and delivery of projects to meet budget and timeline constraints.
• Act as owner of planning processes across Process Technologies to harmonize standards.
• Represent the SBG in governance forums and provide executive report-outs.
• Lead business-side change adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Ensure implementations benefit legacy UOP and newly acquired businesses.
