You will report to the VP of Supply Chain and collaborate with senior executives to align project strategies with business objectives.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain planning, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain planning with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading 5-step S&OP processes.
• Strong financial acumen and governance skills.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in Center of Excellence (COE) leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a matrixed COE team of supply chain planning professionals.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies.
• Shape and manage planning, execution, and delivery of projects with budget and timeline discipline.
• Act as accountable owner of planning processes across Process Technologies (PT).
• Represent and govern program forums, steering committees, and executive report-outs.
• Lead change management and secure stakeholder buy-in across divisions.
• Ensure legacy UOP and new acquisitions are integrated successfully.
