Lilly is seeking a senior Project Controls Leader to manage large capital programs and lead cross-functional teams globally. The role focuses on cost, schedule, risk management, and contract strategy across Brownfield or Greenfield sites, ensuring compliance with finance policies and project controls standards.

The position requires 8+ years in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects, with certification preferred and willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the project controls strategy established by the Project Controls Director within the assigned scope.
• Lead project controls teams on large capital programs of at least $500MM USD or more.
• Serve as an independent lead for project controls to ensure compliance with standard processes.
• Manage cost, schedule and resource plan baselines; oversee contracts, change control, risk management.
• Lead and train project control teams to deliver business objectives.
• Ensure proper application of Lilly finance policies on capital projects.
