Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, engineering, construction, or related area.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Execute the project controls strategy within the assigned scope.
• Lead project controls teams on large capital programs $500MM USD+.
• Ensure compliance with standard processes and drive consistency.
• Establish cost, schedule and resource baselines; manage resources and contracts.
• Develop change control and risk management processes; monitor costs and cashflows.
• Lead and train project control teams to deliver objectives.
• Ensure proper application of Lilly finance policies on capital projects.
