Job summary

Lilly seeks a Senior Project Manager within Global Facilities Delivery to lead large capital programs of at least $1BN, spanning Brownfield or Greenfield sites, from front-end planning through operational qualification, delivering asset capability with safety, cost, schedule and quality.

You will coordinate with regional and corporate teams, manage interfaces with governance and partners, ensure compliance with company policies, and travel domestically/internationally as required to deliver

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in capital project delivery for industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience leading greenfield projects.
• Willing to relocate and/or travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large capital programs $1BN+ with Lilly and partners.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental plans for projects.
