Job summary

Lilly, headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a senior leader for Global Facilities Delivery to manage large capital asset programs. The role involves coordinating Lilly and non-Lilly teams to meet safety, cost, schedule and quality goals across Brownfield/Greenfield sites, with significant travel and relocation as required.

Expect extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and capital project management, plus PM/PE credentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical related field.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
Experience managing greenfield projects.
Willingness to relocate and travel to locations outside home state/country.

Responsibilities

Program Management: Lead and manage teams to deliver large programs of at least $1BN USD in capital assets that are highly business-critical in nature.
Interface/Communication: Lead from a regional distance and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, enable issue resolution and manage scope changes.
Compliance: Lead with a structured approach to program management, ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met.
Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for assigned projects.
