Qualifications

15+ years in clinical development within biotechnology or pharma.
Experience overseeing complex global oncology trials.
Leading first‑in‑human and early‑development oncology studies.
Knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH GCP regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee tactical implementation of clinical development plans for global oncology trials.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple study types and cohorts.
Sponsor CROs, vendors, and site operations with clear governance and metrics.
Translate program strategy into integrated country and site plans and budgets.
Drive KPI tracking, process improvements, and adherence to GCP and SOPs.
Build and mentor a high‑performing Clinical Operations team.
