Qualifications

• MD or PhD required with oncology specialization
• 15+ years in biotech/pharma with oncology drug development
• Experience leading cross-functional development programs in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as cross-functional leader and single point of accountability for oncology programs
• Define and drive program vision, milestones, and integrated plans
• Lead teams, coordinate governance, and prioritize investments
• Guide data-readout plans, translational medicine, and translational strategy
• Mentor team members and strengthen leadership capabilities
