Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex global oncology clinical trials, especially early phase.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.
• Proven ability to manage CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead study management and ensure delivery against timelines, budget, and milestones.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, and central laboratories to maintain high quality data.
• Develop enrollment strategies and site activation plans across regions.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, and other functions to align plans.
• Drive SOP improvements, risk management, and continuous process optimization.
• Provide operational input for regulatory submissions and inspections readiness.
