Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Sr Director, Mobile Applications to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile app platform. You will lead a global team spanning the US, UK, and China, delivering consumer‑scale apps for SharkClean, NinjaProConnect, and future connected products.

You’ll partner with Firmware, Cloud, Product, Design and Business stakeholders to align roadmaps, drive architectural decisions, and ensure quality and performance across native iOS/Android and React Native

Qualifications

Proven hands‑on leadership in mobile app development (iOS/Android) and cross‑platform frameworks.
Strong ability to partner with Product, Design, Firmware, Cloud, Hardware and Business teams to build roadmaps.
Experience scaling consumer‑facing mobile systems to millions of users per month.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and long‑term strategy for SharkNinja's mobile app platform across ecosystems.
Lead and grow a global mobile engineering organization across multiple time zones.
Define processes, standards, and QA practices to support 24/7 global development.
