Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a seasoned senior leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile app platform. You will build and guide a global engineering organization, driving consumer-scale apps across SharkClean, NinjaPro Connect, and future connected products.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps with Product, Design, Firmware, Cloud, and Hardware stakeholders, delivering scalable native and cross‑platform apps, and ensuring reliability and performance for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands-on mobile app development experience (iOS/Android) and React Native.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and ability to hire, mentor, and develop engineers at all levels.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design, Firmware, Cloud, Hardware, and Business teams to shape multi-year roadmaps.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and long-term strategy for the mobile app platform across multiple product domains.
• Grow and develop a global mobile engineering organization across time zones.
• Define hiring plans and career development frameworks to retain top talent.
• Evolve software development processes, standards, and quality practices for 24/7 global delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to build and align on holistic product roadmaps.
• Drive architecture decisions for native iOS/Android and cross‑platform tech like React Native.
