Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (scientific or health-related field preferred).
• 5+ years clinical research experience or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must sit onsite at Stamford, CT or Indianapolis, IN; relocation may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver milestones on trial(s) with quality and within budget.
• Develop and track enrollment plans across countries and regions.
• Manage trial budgets, ISSTs/ASTs and CRO relationships.
• Ensure inspection readiness and maintain Trial Master File.
• Coach peers and CDTLs in CT process and regional specifics.
