Job summary

Lilly, a global healthcare leader headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a senior Global Facilities Delivery professional to lead large capital projects in pharma manufacturing. The role requires coordinating diverse teams, from Lilly and external contractors, to deliver assets from concept through qualification while maintaining safety, cost, schedule, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or related to project management.
• Minimum 10+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience managing greenfield projects.
• Willingness to travel within Europe for long-term assignments.
• Pharma manufacturing experience.
• Capital project management in pharma facilities such as Bulk API, sterile products.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large programs ($1Bn+) on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Lilly and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety/environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across projects.
