Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Construction Management leader to oversee a team of 3–5 on projects of at least $1BN, spanning Brownfield and Greenfield sites, with accountability for safety, cost, schedule and quality.

You will report to the Associate Vice President of GFD, coordinate with project leadership, and maintain effective communication with site stakeholders while ensuring compliance with GMP and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 20+ years of capital project construction delivery experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple construction contractors simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage a team of 3–5 for large-scale capital programs of $1BN+.
• Ensure field execution meets safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives across Brownfield and Greenfield sites.
• Report to the Associate Vice President of GFD and coordinate with project leadership and site stakeholders.
• Lead with compliance to company policies, GMP requirements where applicable, and regulatory frameworks.
