You will manage a diverse portfolio, partner with C-suite executives, build a high-performing team, and drive hospitality excellence, vendor relationships, and innovative experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, executive events, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience delivering both large-scale events and intimate, highly curated experiences for internal and external audiences.
• Strong eye for design, hospitality, and the details that make events unforgettable.
• Comfortable working directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders, navigating expectations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, creative development, planning, and execution of a diverse portfolio of internal and external events.
• Design and deliver experiences ranging from large-scale global events to intimate executive gatherings and VIP engagements.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape objectives and ensure events support business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end event production, including budgets, timelines, venues, vendors, contracts, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Build and develop a high-performing events team and collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Sales.
