Job summary

Asurion in Nashville, TN, seeks a Sr Director, Events & Experiences to lead strategy, planning, and execution of a broad portfolio of events that strengthen relationships with employees, clients, and partners. The role oversees executive dinners, client experiences, and VIP engagements, reporting to the VP of Communications and developing a high-performing events team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, executive events, hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of a diverse portfolio of internal and external events.
• Design and deliver experiences ranging from large-scale events to intimate executive gatherings and VIP engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end event production including budgets, timelines, venues, vendor contracts, and on-site execution.
• Lead and develop a team of event professionals; collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Sales, and other functions.
• Partner with C-suite executives to shape objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
